David Rabhan, a New York City “native”, always dreamed of making a difference in this world. For 24 years, David devoted his professional career to the spiritual care and educational interests of hundreds of people across the United States as a Pulpit Rabbi and a Hospital Chaplain.

He led congregations in California, New Jersey, and most recently Great Neck, NY.

Additionally, David served as Chaplain/Rabbi at New York University’s Langone Medical Center, one of America’s premier hospitals for 15 years. It was there that David gained a deep appreciation for how tenuous life is and how important it is to seize opportunities.

An ardent supporter of Israel, with a keen sense of politics, history and the US economy, David made a strategic decision to invest in Israeli real estate in 2006. The demonstrative returns confirmed David’s predictions and lay the foundation for David’s present path.

In 2016, David and his family fulfilled a lifelong dream and made Aliyah. At the behest of congregants and friends, and after extensive research, interviews, meetings, and on-site field investigations; David established 51st State Realty LLC, a premier Real Estate Investment firm, committed to the highest level of customer experience and concierge service. 51st State Realty LLC's mission is to help others achieve the financial returns David benefitted from.
